1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Items such as custom-printed products, perishable goods, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at annovsales@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
- We will guide you on the return process, including the return address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (M-Pesa, bank transfer, or store credit).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
4. Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- If you need an exchange for a different size or model, additional shipping charges may apply.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-printed or personalized products
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
- Digital/downloadable products
- Items marked as Final Sale
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Provide clear photos of the item and packaging for a quicker resolution.
