1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items such as custom-printed products, perishable goods, and clearance items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at annovsales@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. We will guide you on the return process, including the return address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method (M-Pesa, bank transfer, or store credit).
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • If you need an exchange for a different size or model, additional shipping charges may apply.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-printed or personalized products
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food items)
  • Digital/downloadable products
  • Items marked as Final Sale

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging for a quicker resolution.
