We currently ship within Kenya.
2. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Delivery (1-3 business days) – Available for most locations in Kenya.
- Same-Day Delivery (Nairobi Only) – Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM for same-day delivery.
- Pickup Option – Customers can pick up their orders from our store
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees vary based on the location and size of the order. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be available for bulk purchases or promotional offers.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with tracking details.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
- In case of a lost package, we will assist in tracking it, but we are not responsible for courier delays or misplacements.
